			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>LEADS CLUB 90210</strong> Congratulations to Greg Davis for creating the new Beverly Hills Leads Club Chapter meeting on Rodeo Drive every Thursday morning.  Formerly a  <a href="http://burbankleadsclub.com/"> Burbank Leads Club</a> Member;  Greg told us last week that; in the first two months of 2010 he has the same amount of business on the books as he did for all of 2009, in a large part due to his fellow Leads Club Member.  A perfect example of the Golden Rule of Networking, if you give, you receive!</p>
<p>As a Visitor, I was impressed with the care and dedication the Members show to each other after only a few short months.</p>

<p>#1   Become known as the referral source.</p>
<p>Wouldn&rsquo;t it be great if your friends, family and business Associates came to you every time they needed a referral?  It&rsquo;s not that unusual.  Think about last time you need a product or service that you had not needed in the past.  Did you go to the yellow pages or did you ask a friend?  For me, the phone book is the last resort, I would much rather work with someone that some I know, knows.</p>
<p>So, how do you become known as the Referral Source?  It&rsquo;s easy!</p>
<ol>
<li>Make a list of all of the people you know who provide you and your family, friends and office with products and services.</li>
<li>Ask those people if they would mind if you stated referring them to people you know and meet.</li>
<li>Ask them for a supply of their business cards, promotional materials or a link to their website.</li>
